Shipping, Returns and Fulfillment Policy:

  • All of our candles are handmade to order and most are ready to ship to the customer within 1 week of order receipt, however, order fulfillment times can take longer during busy holiday months.

  • We currently ship all orders via USPS priority mail - this usually takes 3-4 days however the COVID19 pandemic is causing unprecedented and historic delays of 2 weeks or more. Tracking information systems are also experiencing disruptions and delays - patience is key.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order and the candles MUST be unused/never lit. Please pack carefully. Once the item/s have safely arrived a refund will be made to your account minus a 12% restocking fee.

  • If you feel your candle is not burning properly, try some or all of the following…

  • hug the outside walls of the candle in towards the flame after it’s been burning for awhile

  • pour out a bit of excess molten wax

  • MOST IMPORTANTLY: pinch off the ember on the top of the wick. This ember will be charcoal-like and it needs to go because it’s no longer effective.
