Shipping, Returns and Fulfillment Policy:
All of our candles are handmade to order and most are ready to ship to the customer within 1 week of order receipt, however, order fulfillment times can take longer during busy holiday months.
We currently ship all orders via USPS priority mail - this usually takes 3-4 days however the COVID19 pandemic is causing unprecedented and historic delays of 2 weeks or more. Tracking information systems are also experiencing disruptions and delays - patience is key.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order and the candles MUST be unused/never lit. Please pack carefully. Once the item/s have safely arrived a refund will be made to your account minus a 12% restocking fee.
If you feel your candle is not burning properly, try some or all of the following…
hug the outside walls of the candle in towards the flame after it’s been burning for awhile
pour out a bit of excess molten wax
MOST IMPORTANTLY: pinch off the ember on the top of the wick. This ember will be charcoal-like and it needs to go because it’s no longer effective.
